Rebecca Tally, MSW

Rebecca received her Bachelor’s Degree from Western Connecticut State University and graduated from Fordham University with her Master’s in Social Work. She began her career at The Paramount as an intern in the Social Work department, where she supported both short-term and long-term residents. Starting on her first day of her internship, Rebecca was introduced to the knowledgeable team and caring community, where she quickly realized that her passion was caring for the elderly at The Paramount.  Rebecca was inspired by a social worker who supported her and her family during a time in need. It was at that moment that she knew social work was her calling, but didn’t realize until she worked at The Paramount what a difference she could make in the lives of her residents. At the end of her internship, Rebecca accepted a position as a Social Worker and was promoted to Director of Social Work in February 2025. Rebecca believes being a resource to our residents is a vital part of giving back to the community. Rebecca shared this quote: “My job is to make the next day better for our residents. We work together and put the residents at the forefront of what we do.” When not supporting her residents, Rebecca loves to enjoy a little self-care by having her toes in the sand with a beautiful and relaxing ocean view.
