Anna Fiorenza 

Anna joined The Paramount in 2016 as an HR Assistant and Payroll Coordinator. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, which sparked her passion for numbers.  She worked in asset management at AllianceBernstein and State Street Bank.  She looked to make a career change, finding a way to continue to fuel her passion for numbers with a desire to help others. Since arriving at The Paramount, Anna was able to ensure the community transitioned smoothly through an ownership change and streamlined many payroll processes. In 2021, she was promoted to the role of Director of Human Resources, where she enhances the lives of our employees every day.  She shares, “I really enjoy building trust with the employees so they can come to me whenever they are in need.”
