Lynn Hill, LPN 

Lynn has been a dedicated member of our care team for over four years, beginning herjourney as a floor nurse and recently earned a promotion to Unit Manager of our Secure Memory Care Unit. She provides compassionate, individualized care to residents and their families. Her passion for memory care is deeply personal. Her father was diagnosed with dementia and spent his final days in a long-term care facility. This experience gave her a unique perspective and a profound empathy for the families we serve. Lynn is committed to fostering a supportive environment for both residents and staff. Lynn states, “Ensuring dignity, safety, and quality of life remains at the center of everything we do every day.” She looks forward to continuing her education with the goal of becoming a Registered Nurse and continuing to lead and advocate for those living with memory loss.
