Igor Kiprovski, MBA, MSHA, LNHA

Igor has a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration, MBA in Business Management with a Finance focus and an MSHA in Healthcare Administation.  He has over 15 yeas of experience in healthcare.  His career path in healthcare was purely accidental.  By chance, faith or luck, he was exposed to the world of Skilled Nursing Care.  In having this he was quickly drawn to the profession as he found meaning and purpose in having the ability to support and shape the quality of care that can be provided to the communities that we serve. Our communities place trust in us to care for their loved ones, when they are most vulnerable. As such, we must treat our residents as if they were an extension of our own family, mindfully curating the environment to suit their needs, while continuously driving ourselves forward to provide care that is not only exceptional, but ties into the highest level of professional standards and human experience. Igor’s favorite part of his job is the ability to offer support and guidance to our team, as well as interact meaningfully with his residents and staff.  In his spare time, he is an avid reader and devotes quality time to his wife and three daughters.
