Diane DiLieto, CDN

Diane has been a part of The Paramount family for many years and has now taken on the position of food service director within our community! She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Dietetics, Food, and Nutrition and is a certified dietitian nutritionist. Diane’s primary area of focus throughout her career has always been caring for the geriatric population, which she clearly enjoys and finds very rewarding.

When not working side by side with her staff in the kitchen, she can often be found mingling with the residents during mealtimes in the dining rooms. Diane feels that the only way to care for your residents is to know your residents. She says that the mission of her department is to "provide the residents with tasty, nutritious meals that will truly improve their health, but also their quality of life".

The happiness and well-being of the residents is clearly her main priority.
