Jessica recently made the transition from insurance billing to a career in skilled nursing as a Medicaid coordinator. "It is very important to me to apply my skills and to work in a field that I find challenging and meaningful.” Now, after two years in the role, she is confident that she has found her niche.

Jessica always says “the most rewarding thing about my job is the relationships that I develop with the families. Providing an opportunity for them to help ensure their loved one receives the very best care is what is most important.”

Although the Medicaid process can be very overwhelming during a very difficult time, Jessica will always be ready to reassure and support families as they manage a very difficult time in their lives!
